Applicant Information
In this section applicants will be asked to list their personal contact information, professional information, and academic history.

Select Laboratory
In this section applicants will be asked to choose their first and second preference for a lab choice. Applicants are allowed to select up to two lab choices.

Previous Participation
In this section you will be asked about your participation in the ONR Summer Faculty Program. If you have participated in the past five years you must list a reference. Once you have submitted your application you will not be permitted to change your reference or their email address.

Demographic Information
Demographic information is requested for informational purposes only. This data will no be forwarded to selection officials during the application or selection process.

Curriculum Vitae
In this section you will be asked to upload your FULL curriculum vitae (CV). Your CV should list your education as well accomplishments during your career as a scholar, researcher, and educator. Please make your CV as complete as possible. The CV must be loaded in PDF format. The system will not accept WORD documents. In the boxes below the CV upload function you should provide the most recent information, 2-3 years, regarding the information requested in each box. If you have not completed or participated in any activities pertaining to the requested information, please type “N/A” in the box(s) which your answer corresponds.

Research Statement
The Research Statement (or Statement of Research Interests) is a common component of academic job applications. It is a summary of your research accomplishments, current work, and future direction and potential of your work. This statement will allow the lab to match you with researchers in your area.

Publicity
In this optional section please list how you learned about the summer program.

Submitting Applications
When a section is completed, you must remember to submit that section. To submit your information for each section click the “Submit Information” button which can be found at the bottom of the sections.

Withdrawing Applications
If after submitting your application you discover you will be unable to participate in the summer program or you would just like to remove your application from the applicant pool, there is a “Withdraw Application” button which can be found in the left margin of the application.
